This Half/Full day training event from Neuro Sparks Business Solutions gives you the knowledge and tools to create a genuinely neuro-inclusive environment.

Morning Session — Neurodiversity Foundations (9:00am–12:30pm)

Designed for anyone in your organisation. This three-hour session gives your people the knowledge and confidence to understand neurodiversity in a practical, real-world way. Perfect for all staff, HR professionals and business owners.

What you will cover:

  • What neurodiversity means and who it affects
  • ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia in the workplace
  • How neurodivergent conditions show up day to day
  • What good support looks like in practice
  • Your legal responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010

Networking Lunch (12:30pm–1:30pm)

Included with Full Day tickets. A chance to connect with like minded people from other organisations.


Afternoon Session — Neurodiversity for People Managers (1:30pm–4:00pm)

A deeper session for managers and HR professionals, focusing on how to have better conversations, make reasonable adjustments, and Built specifically for anyone who manages people. This session takes the foundations further and gives managers the confidence to have better conversations, make practical adjustments and genuinely support their neurodivergent team members.

What you will cover:

  • Spotting when a team member might need support
  • Having confident, open conversations about neurodiversity
  • Reasonable adjustments that actually work
  • Managing performance fairly and inclusively
  • Building a team culture where everyone can do their best


Training delivered by Daniel Armitage, PG Cert (Neurodiversity), certified corporate trainer (TAP.dip) with lived experience of ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyscalculia, supported by our neurodivergent team.

We don't just teach neurodiversity, we live it.
