About Neuro-Spark

We're a family-run training and coaching company helping UK organisations build workplaces that work for neurodivergent people. Our work spans live training, one-to-one coaching, bespoke business support and self-paced e-learning, all built around the same belief: workplaces can and should do better.

How we do it is what makes the difference. Every session is led by our CEO, Dan Armitage (PG Cert Neurodiversity, TAP Accredited Trainer and a business psychologist in training), who is openly neurodivergent himself, alongside a team of neurodiverse staff. That means no recycled awareness slides and no buzzwords. Just practical, honest training rooted in lived experience, designed to give managers and teams the tools to actually change how they work together.

We support organisations across the UK, from large employers to small teams, and we run open public training sessions every month at our training suite in Burnley.
